These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rutvaa website and related services. By using Rutvaa you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Rutvaa
Rutvaa is a video-first Indian ethnic wear store. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
2. Orders and payments
Product availability, prices, and details are shown on the store and may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment. Any payment is processed by our payment providers.
3. Commerce messaging platform
Rutvaa also provides a WhatsApp messaging product (Rutvaa Commerce Messaging) that onboarded client businesses can use to send and receive customer messages through Meta's Cloud API, including coexistence with an existing WhatsApp Business app number. Clients must have the legal right to use the phone number they connect. Message content and related Platform Data are processed only to operate that client's messaging, as described in our Privacy Policy. Meta's WhatsApp Business terms also apply to connected numbers.
4. Admin and YouTube features
Some features are available only to authorised Rutvaa staff, including linking a Google account to publish product videos to Rutvaa's own YouTube channels. Use of those Google and YouTube features is also governed by Google's and YouTube's terms, and by our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
Content on Rutvaa, including images, videos, and branding, belongs to Rutvaa or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Rutvaa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
