Retail businesses that already chat with shoppers on the WhatsApp Business app and want Cloud API (templates, order updates, payment links) on the same number — without deleting the phone app or wiping history.
What a client does
- Open this page and click Connect WhatsApp.
- Complete Meta Embedded Signup and choose the existing WhatsApp Business app number (coexistence). The phone app stays installed.
- Staff send messages and manage templates from the Rutvaa dashboard. Shoppers keep using WhatsApp as usual.
What we do with WhatsApp data
We process WhatsApp Platform Data only for the connected client: message content and status, phone numbers, templates, and WABA configuration needed to send and receive. We do not sell that data. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. Use of the product is also covered by our Terms of Service.
